I realized I had a couple of problems with the submitted image and I wanted to go over and fix the obvious, went over some technical issues ive missed during the process. My intention for this piece was way further than it looks right now. I had this image kept for months now and couldn't lay a single hand due to the busy schedule. So i decided what the hell i should just throw it out there, still want to change the skin and the hair.
but i m so happy with the way the tentacle and catsuit turned out.

The overall design and modeling is awesome! With her skin as you said needing to be fixed i would add a light noise to create distortion so it dosent look totally smooth. If you are going to change the texture i would add some freckles to add a little realism. Another area to look at is the tentacle, it is awesomely modeled and textured but the way it looks its like a piece of plastic in a way. If you added some Noise/bump it will break it up and add some feel to the tentacle. I like the hair the way it is, it works with the style maby a change would be some color highlights. Once again i think you good a really good job!

you could rework the reflections in the eyes - make a smaller and stronger highlight, because the overall reflection really washes the eyes out and the HDRI hides the diffuse behind it... The model's really nice!
